May the light within you come forth,
May the light within you shine bright.
May the light within you lead the way to your destiny.
May you discover the absolute beauty of your soul.

As life traverses its trajectory in the cosmos, may it bless you with adventures of glorious proportions that delight you and cause your heart to sing.
May you laugh with abandon and uproariously,
giving joy to the world and causing the birds to flutter and chirp with abandon,

May your essence be forever entwined in the Glory of God.
And so, it is.

  My heart's Cry  August 18, 2020
  
  O my Soul, Awake!
  Awake to the heart of Life.
  It cries out from the depths of its being,
  Seeking solace from its Beloved,
  Where are you hiding O lovely One?
  Where is the essence of your being?
  Cover me with your cloak,
  Hide me in the depths of its folds,
  Shield me from the darts of the enemy,
  Embrace me with your loving arms,
  Where I may sigh in everlasting surrender,
  The depths of my very being reach out to you,
  I heard you call and I answered 
  You came to me and your divine grace overwhelmed me
  My soul soars to heights of bliss and joy
  Transcending the mundane of my Life,
  I am becoming, I am thee in me.
  My joy is complete, 
  Stay, Oh stay forever in my being,
  Guiding ,loving, walking with me
  In the twilight of this Life

The Awareness of Love   April 3,2020
       It's subtle essence lies within us, hidden in our secret place.
       It waits.
       For you.
       It cannot come forth unless you travel down into the depths of your heart to find it.
       Oh yes, we think the bodily desires reflect it, but oh in such a twisted way
       It waits
       For you
       It yearns for you
       It is soft, it is powerful,
       It is like the perfume of a flower.
       You must come humbly to the inward temple of your soul,
       Ever gently and tenderly,
       No, never by force, no brute strength or mental discipline.
       No special race or gender
       No religion is needed
       Just be still and listen to the whispers of God within you
       Be still and sense the well of living water within you.
       Go deep.
       In humility, in forgiveness, in spirit, and  expecting.
       It will come unexpectedly , overwhelming you,
       The tenderness of its touch, if you let it will permeate you soul and body,
       Raising you to a new awareness of who you are and the oneness of all mankind.
       The tears will flow,
       Joy will come
       As Love welcomes you back home at last.
       For it is what you are.

Our Special Angel

As we move through life, sometimes we hear a gentle whisper in our ear, a gentle prodding to turn a corner,  a feeling that tells us not to get in that car. Sometimes we open a book and there is the answer. Our Spiritual Companion watches over us always, sending us messages in subtle ways. This angel is our guide in this life. It pushes us to be the best we are able to be, to guide us safely in life. How often do we listen? How sad it must be when we don't and trouble comes and we sink into despair or illness or some tragedy happens .

Yet this spiritual companion waits and stays and stays and stays, yearning for you to ask for help. Encouraging us to seek that answer from our Higher Selves and allow Spirit, God, The Christ, or  whoever you may view as the Essence of our souls to be. But this Force or Being desires the best for us within the the current circumstances of our lives.
Let us welcome this beautiful Spirit of goodness and light.

           Angel, so divine, Ever so sublime,
           Watch o'er me night and day.
           That I may find my way,
           Through the tangled web of  life
           Rising over all the strife.

           Lead me , guide me  to the Light
           So to be the Lord's delight.
           Ever forward, Show me the way.
           Your wings surround me all the day.
           If I fall, help me rise
           As I strive towards the prize.

           Never Leave me, I pray thee
           Always, always, near me be.
           And so with thanks, I offer you
           A grateful heart , born anew

Beneath the pulsation of the busyness of this world, there is a kaleidoscope of energy moving and evolving as we move through our days and enter the bliss of sleep every night.
Our beautiful planet feeds us, providing the means to survive or thrive. Our bodies grow from birth to death and back to earth we go, but the essence of who we are lives on.
Sometimes we are so busy achieving that we forget this part of us until it creates a disturbance so that we can notice and remember who we are and why we are here.
For who we are yearns to be, to be expressed in a singular way that is peculiar to each one of us. The absolute beauty of each and every one of us is Life. Do you want to discover it?
What a planet! The Creator that has thrown to together many races, many religions and allows us to find our way to our truth! What an adventure!

In the quiet times, if we are able to be still  we hear life calling to us; Be Love, Be Compassion, just Be .

And if we decide to let go of that which we fear, we find ourselves; and in doing so, we see ourselves reflected in each other despite the outward appearances  and we discover that we are all entwined together in the most beautiful tapestry in the heavens.
If we could just hold on to this space within us, it would be healing; but often it takes practice and time and feeling a little uncomfortable with ourselves for a while.
Why not just let go of a perception of someone or a situation and allow that which created us to reveal to us what is truly there, let us just peek out from behind the walls we have built and feast on the glory of life. 

Let us fill our hearts with joy and laughter for we lose only that which hinders us so that we can be free to unfold to all we can be.  Indeed let us encourage one another.
We are all life unfolding.
